- What should I send for a fixed quote?
Send pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, and flight or cruise details when relevant. Lisbon Direct confirms vehicle type, route, and fixed price in writing before travel day.
- What happens if my Lisbon Airport flight is delayed?
When flight tracking is included, send a valid flight number. We track the flight and adjust pickup to the actual arrival time. Flight delays do not count as customer delay. Airport pickups with flight tracking include 75 minutes of waiting after actual flight arrival.
- Can you prepare child seats for airport pickups?
Yes. Baby seats, child seats, and boosters are available on request when booked ahead. Share each child’s age and weight so we can prepare the right equipment before pickup.
- Is the price per passenger or per vehicle?
Prices are quoted per vehicle unless stated otherwise. The written quote confirms what is included. Extra waiting, extra stops, route changes, or oversized luggage declared late may create extra charges.
