Services
Lisbon Direct provides private transfers, airport transfers, chauffeur services and private tours in Lisbon and across Portugal. Service details, vehicle type, route, timing and price are confirmed in writing before each booking.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after Lisbon Direct confirms the service by email, WhatsApp or another written channel. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, passenger count, luggage details and contact information.
Prices and payments
Quoted prices are normally per vehicle and include VAT, fuel and standard tolls unless stated otherwise. Extra waiting time, additional stops, route changes or special requests may incur additional charges. Payment terms are confirmed before travel.
Airport pickups and waiting time
For airport pickups, Lisbon Direct monitors flight information when a valid flight number is provided. Standard free waiting time is included as confirmed in the booking. Additional waiting may be charged when delays are unrelated to flight arrival or exceed the included period.
Changes and cancellations
Booking changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability. Cancellation terms depend on the service type, distance and notice period. Any specific cancellation condition communicated in the booking confirmation takes priority.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time, respect the vehicle and driver, wear seat belts and follow safety instructions. Lisbon Direct may refuse service if passenger behavior creates a safety risk or violates applicable law.
Luggage and child seats
Customers should provide accurate luggage information before travel so Lisbon Direct can assign the correct vehicle. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free on request when requested before travel and when the selected vehicle has enough passenger seats.
Limitations
Lisbon Direct is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, accidents, incorrect customer information, border controls or other events outside reasonable control. We plan routes carefully but cannot guarantee exact arrival times in all circumstances.
