How early should you pick us up from Porto for our flight?+
For long-haul departures we recommend leaving Porto 4 h before take-off; for short-haul intra-Europe flights, 3 h is normally enough. The drive itself is around 3 h (310 km) on the A1, plus the LIS check-in window.
Can you drop us at Lisbon Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?+
Yes - both. Terminal 1 handles most airlines; Terminal 2 is used by some low-cost carriers. Tell us your flight number when booking and we will go to the right departures door.
What if our flight time changes after we book?+
Just tell us by WhatsApp as soon as you know - we monitor your flight number anyway. Time changes within ±2 h are free; bigger changes may need a small adjustment depending on the next driver's schedule.
Will the driver wait if our hotel checkout in Porto is running late?+
Up to 15 minutes is included with no extra cost. Beyond that the hourly waiting rate applies (€25/h sedan, €35/h V-Class, €50/h Sprinter), billed in 30-minute increments.
Can we be dropped at a Lisbon address before the airport, or vice versa?+
Yes. One short stop in Lisbon city is included. Tell us the address when booking. Multi-stop itineraries are billed at the hourly waiting rate above.
How do we pay?+
Cash to the driver, card on board, or bank transfer in advance - your choice. We email a VAT receipt within 24 h of the trip.
